Customized OctoPi Build

I forked, customized and compiled a RaspberryPi image of OctoPrint host.

Essentially, I pre-installed various plugins, customized the UI, pre-loaded several 3D printer configurations, and made the server connect automatically to any of the pre-configured 3D printers on startup - even on the first boot! This makes the UX of connecting the printer fir the first time truly fast and simple.

In other words, for IMADE3D users, this distribution is plug and play.

To make this happen, I had to run a Linux distribution (Ubuntu) in a virtual machine and compile there.
