Buckle 3D Model

I designed this buckle

  • To be printed on an FDM 3D printer; thicknesses, angles, and strength all had to be optimized
  • There's also a version to be mounted using a paracord in place of a more common webbing strap; that's why there is a single mounting hole instead of a slot.

I printed these in PETG and Nylon, and they have been working like a charm. For a 3D print, they are deceprively strong.
